   This quick quiz builds your personal style profile in just 5–7 minutes.

2. Choose Your Box and Pay Your Deposit • 选择盒型并支付押金
   Select a 3-Item Mini-Fix or 5-Item Full-Fix (RM 50 deposit). Your deposit secures your spot and is credited toward any items you decide to keep.
   选择 迷你盒（3 件） 或 经典盒（5 件）（RM 50 押金），押金将预留您的名额，并在您保留商品时全额抵扣。

3. We Curate Your Box • 我们为您精选单品
   Our certified image consultant reviews your profile and hand-picks pieces—tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, accessories—for a cohesive mix you can mix-and-match.
   我们的认证形象顾问将根据您的风格档案手工挑选上衣、裤装、连衣裙、外套和配饰，打造可多重搭配的完整组合。

4. Preview & Confirm • 预览并确认
   Before shipping, you’ll receive a payment link and an invoice showing:

   – Deposit: RM 50

   Simply pay the balance online to finalize your order.

5. Try On at Home • 在家试穿
   Your Style Me parcel arrives via courier. Enjoy a 3-day try-on window—keep tags on and try everything in the comfort of your home.
   您的 StyleMe 包裹将通过快递送达，您可在 3 天 内在家试穿（保留吊牌），尽情享受无忧体验。

6. Return What You Don’t Love • 退回不满意单品
   Use the return courier parcel inside and our provided AWB code to send back any unworn, unwashed items with tags intact. Returns are free and easy.
   请使用包内退货快递包裹，并在包裹上填写我们提供的运单号（AWB），将任何未穿过、未洗涤且带吊牌的单品退回。退货免费、便捷。

7. Receive Your Refund & Rewards • 获取退款与奖励

   • Return All 全部退回： Full refund minus your RM 50 deposit.

   • Return Some 部分退回： Refund for each returned item; deposit still applies. Each returned item charged a RM 5 restocking fee.

   • Keep All 全部保留： No refund—plus enjoy a 10% bonus discount on your next Style Me box!

1. Payment & Pricing 支付与定价
   ❓ Why do I pay RM 50 upfront? 为什么要先付 RM 50？
   This RM 50 is your Personal Curation Fee. It reserves our stylist’s time and is fully deducted from your final order. If you cancel after curation or return all items, this fee covers our consultant’s time and service.
   这 RM 50 为您的“个人定制费”，用以预留造型顾问的专业时间，并会全额抵扣您的最终订单。如果您在造型完成后取消或退回所有商品，该费用将覆盖顾问的服务成本。

2. Box Customization 盒型选择
   ❓ Can I choose my box size? 我可以选择盒型吗？
   Yes! At checkout, select either a Mini Box (3 items) or a Classic Box (5 items). Both options require the same RM 50 Personal Curation Fee.

   ❓ What if I dislike an item? 如果我不喜欢某件商品怎么办？
   Return any unworn item with its tags within 3 days of delivery. We’ll refund the item cost minus a RM 5 restocking fee per piece.

3. Styling Process 造型流程
   ❓ How do you determine my sizes? 如何为我挑选合适的尺码？
   We cross-reference your body measurements (cm/kg) and fit preferences from your quiz (and photos, if provided) to select the right sizes.
   我们将您的身体数据（厘米/公斤）与问卷（及上传的照片，如有）中的穿着偏好相结合，为您精准匹配合适尺码。

   ❓ Can I request specific items? 我能提出特定商品需求吗？
   Absolutely. You can note your requests in the quiz, or contact us directly via WhatsApp or email.
   当然可以。您可在问卷中备注您的需求，或通过 WhatsApp／电子邮件直接联系我们。

4. Returns & Refunds 退货与退款
   ❓ How fast are refunds? 退款需要多久？
   Once we receive your returns, refunds are processed within 2–4 working days. Please note that the RM 50 curation fee is non-refundable.
   我们在收到退货后，会在 2–4 个工作日 内处理退款。请注意，RM 50 个人定制费不予退还。( Only Applicable for Malaysia only, not for Singapore* )

   Returned items must be unworn, in saleable condition, with all original packaging and tags. Items that fail our quality control will not be refunded.
   退回商品须保持未穿戴、可再次销售状态，并附原包装及吊牌。如未通过质检，将无法退款。

   ❓ What if an item arrives damaged? 如果商品到货时有损坏怎么办？
   Although we QC-check every piece twice before shipping, mistakes can happen. If your item is truly faulty, please send us a photo via WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. We’ll take full responsibility and offer the best possible solution.
   虽然我们在发货前对商品进行双重质检，但仍有可能出现问题。如商品确实有瑕疵，请在收货后 3 天 内通过 WhatsApp 发送照片给我们，我们将承担责任并提供妥善解决方案。

5. Shipping & Delivery 发货与配送
   ❓ How long does shipping take? 发货需要多长时间？
   We ship within 2–4 business days after you complete payment. Tracking details will be updated on your order page.
   我们在您完成付款后 2–4 个工作日 内发货，运单号会在订单页面更新。

6. Payment Methods 支付方式
   ❓ What payment methods do you accept? 我们支持哪些支付方式？
   We accept all major Malaysian credit/debit cards, FPX bank transfers, most e-wallets (Touch ’n Go, Atome, etc.), DuitNow, and more. The available options will be displayed at checkout on our website.
   我们支持所有主要马来西亚信用/借记卡、FPX 银行转账、主流电子钱包（Touch ’n Go、Atome 等）、DuitNow 等。可用支付方式将在结账页面展示。

7. Eligibility & Future Expansion 适用范围与未来规划
   ❓ Is Style Me only for women? Style Me 仅限女性使用吗？
   Currently, Style Me is tailored exclusively for women’s styling needs in Malaysia and Singapore. In the future, we plan to expand our services to other countries—and potentially to men’s and children’s styling as well.
   目前，Style Me 专注于马来西亚和新加坡女性的造型需求。未来，我们计划扩展至更多国家，并可能推出男士及儿童造型服务。
