Please be advised of the following terms and conditions:

All customers who place orders with us agree to and are bound by our terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon collection/delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims must be lodged with our customer service team at the time of collection/delivery; failure to do so may result in the refusal of your claim.

If you receive an item at a Malaysian address, kindly resend it to us using a Malaysian courier service. We do not accept returns sent from Singapore or any other country.

Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and condition (UNUSED, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED).

Undergarments, earrings, underwear, and bras are strictly non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Merchandise must have original tags attached; removal of tags voids any return or exchange.

Orders may be canceled if the product is unavailable, in which case we will notify you and refund your payment, either in the original form or as store credit.

Returns are not accepted for changes in color, size, or other specifications.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed during a live session; cancellations may result in blacklisting.

All return items will be refunded as store credit; no cash refunds are permitted.

Goods sold are non-refundable.

Delivery fees for returned items are the buyer's responsibility.

Exchange items cannot be reserved; a new purchase list must be created for exchanges.

Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receiving your order.

Submit the return form within 48 hours of receiving the order; requests submitted after this time will not be entertained.

After we receive your return, we will promptly notify you of the return and refund status in-store credits. Please note the following conditions:

- Goods sold are non-refundable.

- Return item(s) must be in their original purchase condition, with packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.

- It is advisable for customers to securely pack the returned item to prevent any damage during shipping.

- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the buyer, and any associated costs will be borne by the buyer.

- Please retain any affected items in your parcel, as they may need to be returned to us if required.

- The customer assumes responsibility for the risks and conditions of the returned item until it reaches us. We cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to its receipt by us.

- Certain items, such as those purchased during clearance sales, promotional campaigns (e.g., Anniversary Sale, Festive Sale, or Double Day, subject to campaign T&C), or bundled with free gifts, are not eligible for return or exchange. 🙅🏻
